I’m Kecia, the founder of Austyn Noelle Virtual Solutions. With nearly two decades of experience supporting executives, managing operations, and running multi-faceted projects in Fortune 200 companies and tech, I created this company to give busy professionals the kind of strategic, behind-the-scenes support that allows them to lead with clarity and confidence.

My career has taught me the value of efficiency, discretion, and proactive problem-solving. Whether I’m organizing a high-level leadership meeting, creating a streamlined project workflow, or managing multiple properties, my focus is always on delivering results and freeing up my clients’ time for what matters most.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Service degree in Strategic Leadership at Tennessee State University, with an expected graduation in Fall 2026. My academic journey, combined with my professional expertise, drives my commitment to empowering leaders and organizations with intentional, values-driven support.

Outside of work, I’m fueled by the things that bring me joy — curling up with a good book, cooking and juicing, dancing to my favorite music, nurturing my plants and garden, and family game nights with my husband and children. I treasure traveling the world with my family, exploring new places and cultures, and coming home to play fetch with our sweet fur baby, Cupcake.
